Juicy Coture Women's Perfume
It's not a secret I love perfume. I have at least ten in my bathroom varying in price from $20 to $150. I am a gemini, so I have to change my perfume as many times as people change their socks. It depends on my mood and what I'm doing that day. However, I think finally after a really long search I may have found my signature fragrance. You have to read the description of this fragrance to get started:
From Sephora.com (I'm kicking myself for not buying the gift set when I was there last month!)
Juicy Couture: Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, there were two nice girls named Pam and Gela who discovered the Juicy Couture world of fashion and fun, fun, fun. They took a deep breath and realized this is how The Juicy Girls smell the world!Pam and Gela wanted every girl to have her own Juicy Couture, so they made a fabulous line of fragrance essentials adorned as only Juicy Couture can - some with charms and trinkets, and all in the most beautiful bottles and jars you've ever seen.
Notes:Watermelon, Mandarin, Pink Passion Fruit, Marigold, Green Apple, Water Hyacinth, Crushed Leaves, Tuberose Absolute, Wild Rose, Princess Lily, Tuberose, Caramel Creme Brulee, Vanilla, Precious Woods, Patchouli.Style:Flirtatious. Romantic. Precious.
Who wouldn't love this stuff!!! I bought the travel size bottle (the only one they had!) at the airport in Dallas and LOOK at this bottle!!! FOR God's sake I'm only human!!

The scent itself is what got me. When I first tried it, I decided I liked their other fragrance Viva La Juicy even better. It's more fruity and doesn't have the patchouli notes that the original Juicy Coture has. However, I noticed that the original lasted for hours and hours and hours. I love fruity/citrusy/sweet perfumes but none of them last very long. This one did, but it does have some "deeper and stronger" notes than what I'm used to. I kind of forgot about it then when I tried it again at the airport, I could smell all the fruit, watermelon and things, then the creme brulee and the leaves but not all at the same time, just whiffs of different scents when I moved. It's like a color changing perfume, you have a different scent constantly. Today when I wore it, I smelled the fruits first, then the patchouli, but when I put my sweater on over where I'd sprayed it, the creme brulee came through my clothes. It's fabulous! You want to smell it but it's difficult to pinpoint any one scent so it's elusive. I really really like that!
One bonus for my Duran Duran pals, Juicy Coture is co-owned by John Taylor's wife. So I feel a little link to him when I wear the perfume!! (only a duranie will understand this)
The link I provided above has AMAZING deals! I bought a Viva La Juicy 100ml tester for a rock bottom price on there today. I'll let you know how I like it when it comes in the mail!
Tomorrow... Dave's version of Juicy Coture, Dirty English Men's Cologne. Or "Why I Want to Eat My Husband Alive"
